Hi Vikas_J
DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError, indicates that the OAuth token used for authentication has failed to refresh because the user account is disabled. Since the dashboard was hosted by a team member who is no longer available, you’ll need to update the credentials for the data source.- Go to the Power BI Service.
- Navigate to the workspace where the dashboard is hosted.
- Reassign the ownership of the dataset to an active team member.
- In the Power BI Service, go to the dataset settings.
- Find the section for Data source credentials.
- Update the credentials with an active user’s account information.
- Ensure that the new credentials have the necessary permissions to access the data sources.
- Re-authenticate the data sources if needed.
- After updating the credentials, manually refresh the dataset to ensure that the changes take effect.
Hope this helps!!
If this solved your problem, please accept it as a solution and kudos!!
