Hi SandeepV67
In Power BI Desktop, imported Access databases and Excel 97-2003 XLS files both use the Access Database Engine. Three common situations can prevent the Access Database Engine from working properly:
1. No Access Database Engine is installed.
2. The Access Database Engine bit version, 32-bit or 64-bit, is different from the Power BI Desktop bit version.
3. You're using Access or XLS files with a Microsoft 365 subscription. This link could be help:

Hi. The error usually shows up for old excel extension like "xls" or Acess files. Make sure you file is "xlsx" extension. Otherwise you won't be able to connect without a gateway, even if the source is on cloud you will need the local environment with a driver.
You can also try connecting with a different way than sharepoint folder like: https://blog.ladataweb.com.ar/post/185337134590/alternativa-para-conectar-power-bi-a-onedrive
I hope that helps,
