Embedded/Shared Reports Have No Data

Good morning,

 

I am attempting to embed a report from my workspace for use by my colleagues, however when viewing from another account, no data appears in the report itself. 

 

Although the titles and formatting remain, the map within the report remains completely empty. I have checked the permissions of both the report and the dataset and each allow view permissions organisation-wide so I'm not sure what I'm missing!

 

This was working just over 24 hours ago so could it be an issue with the Power BI service more generally?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    If this was working a few hours ago it could be a Power BI Service issue.

     

    One other thing to check is to make sure that someone has not turned on the allowed custom visuals in the Power BI Service, which might not allow the custom visual to be shown.

    Can you see the data in your account ? If you can , it's probably a permission issue.
