Hi Team,

 

We are giving the embed link to our pro licence clients, from past Dec when we share the link the clients are unable to view the reports and throwing the below error. please refer the below screenshot. ( please reach out to me from 16 to 18 Contact number : 8553544569)

    From your error it appears that the users will need to log back in again?

    HiAnonymous，

     

    Please check the report permission again ， and make sure the users have Pro license.

    If  the issue occurs only for one specific report,you also can take a try to republishing the report with a different name and reembedding.
