Send a frown from the app to the Dev team. They are very responsive and will know the answer.

MattAllington, do you have any insight to the proper bug report method for Power BI Service? Using the feedback menu in the Service results in an email directing the user to support.powerbi.com, where there is no bug report option. There's a "Contact Support" menu, which directs a user to either the community forums (explicitly not the method for bug reports per admin direction) or to open a support ticket (I've been chastised for directing people there to submit Service bugs, despite receiving this direction from community admins).

greggyb No I don't have any official insight, just experience with what has worked for me in the past. I acutally don't use the service a lot (not yet anyway, I am sure that is about to change) and so my experience on "send a frown" has always been with Power BI Desktop and Power Query. This process has always been great for me and the team almost always responds within 48 hours.
I will see what I can find out about bug reporting- MattAllington10 years agoCommunity Champion
