Dynamics BC connector - NULL error: will Microsoft fix it?

Helper IIf I may ask, Microsoft supposedly rolled out a fix COB 16-Sept but I am still unable to connect to the API to create new reports. This fix only works for existing reports but it means we are unable to connect to Business Central in order to create new reports or add new data tables to existing reports.
As of today, 17-Sept, this is still not working for me.
