Hi ARUNC12 , You could create a dax measure for selecting the engaged one and then use it on the visual 
Example : Engaged Employees =
CALCULATE(
COUNTROWS(Employees),
Employees[Status] = "Engaged"
) 
This will dynamically pick up the required
