Drillthrough - choose pages
Hi,
I have a large report with a lot of pages and a lot of drill-through pages.
Is it possible to choose which drill-through pages should be available on which pages, so it's not only managed by the drill through filter field?
As far as I know, No, in Power BI, you cannot directly control the availability of drill-through pages on specific pages beyond the drill-through filter fields. Drill-through is managed solely by the filter context. However, you can guide users by carefully structuring your report or using buttons to simulate selective navigation. This applies to both Power BI Desktop and the cloud version (Power BI Service).

Yes, you can control which drill-through pages are available by using page-level filters or by customizing the fields in the drill-through setup. Only include fields in the drill-through filters pane that are relevant to specific report pages. This limits their visibility and ensures they only appear where needed.

Can i do this in the cloud version on Power BI? I can't find out how to do this, or where to do this?- Poojara_D12
