Drill-down on table visual

No.  Use a matrix visual if you want drilldown. Use the "Personalize visual"  function with the table visual if you want to add/remove columns on the fly.

Drill down feature needs a hierarchy in a visual. Table visual doesn't support hierarchy so it doesn't support this feature. See reference: Drill down and drill up in a visual - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
