Donut chart - Cannot drag measures into Values
- Anonymous2 years ago
Hi zwithrow ,
Unfortunately, I have done some tests but have not been able to reproduce your problem, could you please check if you meet the following limitations:
- The sum of the doughnut chart values must add up to 100%.
- Too many categories create small slices in the chart. Small slices can be difficult to read and interpret.

Hi,
I am interested in that topic.
I created a table composed of a measure showing a ranking that change and is computed again when some filters are selected. I want to represent the distribution of this ranking in a donut chart. However, I cannot drag and drop this measure in Values. If I create a computed column, I lose the dynamic part of recomputing the result when selecting filters on the report. So I really need to use the specific measure that is updating with filters.
Do you have an idea on how I can treat that case ?
Thank you very much for your support.
