Does not return the data set update history via the API

Question

HelloWhen I query to find out the update history of the datasets I own, it returns a list. However, when I try to do the same query on a dataset that I don't own, it doesn't return anything. API documentation:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/power-bi/datasets/get-refresh-history Has anyone seen this? Thanks
