Different sources getway
I'd use 2 different sources: folder (excel file) and SQL but when I try to schedule the refesh in Power Bi app, I am not able to do this.
If I use only SQL source,I am able to use the on-perm getway while when I use also the excel files in the folder, It Is not able to find the getway.
How can I fix this issue ?

I think you are work with an online folder, right?
If this is a case, current power bi gateway does not support handle cloudy datasource, you can turn on 'Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster' option to use gateway mangel this online datasources.Merge or append on-premises and cloud data sources
BTW, please not do the merge and combine operation between on-premise data source and online data source. (it will cause the issue when power bi verify the credentials of mixed data table)

I've linked an Excel file in the Sharepoint with a Sql db. I have done the Merge in the Query builder and it looks good.
The issue comes when I try to refresh the report in Power BI Service.
The scope of work is to link the data from the db in the Excel file.

I 'd like to suggest you remove merge steps to confirm if the refresh issue is related to merge steps. If this is a case, you can do merge steps in your excel file and use power bi to get merged data from excel file.
