Default filter for email subscription

Is it possible to apply a dynamic default filter to the report (e.g. filter for latest date), for when an email subscription is sent out?   I'd like the recipient to view the data for the latest da...

Hi there

Currently you cannot create a dynamic default filter.

What I do is I have a Label in my report which has got the latest date for my dataset. I then pin this label to the dashboard so when it is sent out via a subscription they can view it in the email.

      Hi there

       

      I have got a table in my dataset which only contains the Max Date

       

      I created a Card Visual, used the Max Date from above. 

      I then pinned this Card Visual to my dashboard as shown below.
