Decomposition Tree "+" (add button) does not work

Hi everyone, 

I am having an issue with the Decomp tree visual. For some reason, the + button for adding a decomp category does not work. All is well in the desktop app and I don't think I need to allow for interactions. The button does change color when I hover over it, but clicking on it does nothing. 

Any ideas why this may be?
