Dataset Access

Question

Not sure if this is possible or not.&nbsp;I would like to create a workspace that stores all the data flows and datasets that are available.&nbsp; As an area needs to consume the data, they would select a dataset from data repository workspace.&nbsp; Do I need to grant a user access to the report in their workspace area and again in the data repository workspace?&nbsp; Is there a way to grant everyone view access up front?&nbsp;thanksFrank&nbsp;

What you could do, is to create an App and when creating the App grant access to "Entire Organization" and grant them the build permissions as shown below.

Yes there is you can do it via the permissions on the dataset.

This is not exactly what I was looking for.&nbsp; This is more reactionary then being proactive.&nbsp; Can I grant view access to the dataset to a workspace?&nbsp; Or should I be using ad groups to achieve this?

Hi thereI would use an AD Group and add the users as Viewers in the App Workspace.
