DATASET - Error based in size exceeds
Hi!
My PBI report has published in PBI services, but when i start a update in dataset in the page, i recieve this message:
"Unable to save the changes since the new dataset size exceeds the limit of 1 GB."
However I understand that the problem should only happen during the publication of PowerBI Desktop, correct?

Yes, please refer to the limitation below:
There is a 1 GB limit, per dataset, that is imported into Power BI. If you have chosen to keep the Excel experience, instead of importing the data, you will be limited to 250 MB for the dataset.https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-manage-your-data-storage-in-power-bi#dataset-limits
