DataMart creation - OAuth Error

Hi , 

 

I'm trying to create a New Datamart from power Bi service. The first step of connecting to the database layer isn't working. 

 

DB is snowflake . In the connection credentials I have entered Server details  , warehouse . Chose the On-premise gateway. In the Authentication Kind I chose 'Organizational Account' and when tried to sign in - I get the following errror

"Unable to create an OAuth connection. Reason: "Unexpected error (Session ID..)

 

Under Authentication only 'Basic' and 'Organisational' is available. I get error for both.

 

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

    The current error message is not enough for us to better understand the cause.

    Is there any other detailed error message?

      Hi Team,

       

      Thanks for responding. Unfortunately that is all is showing up in the error. There is no details I can expand and check.

    I am also getting  a similar kind of error while refreshing the data mart I am not having any getaway connect also it was working fine till the last 2 weeks. yesterday i started gatting below error
