Resolver IDataflows stuck in "Canceling Refresh" & Cannot submit microsoft ticket!
We've got a range of DataFlows stuck in "Canceling refresh" and cant seem to refresh them again or stop them. All Upstream data from the SQL Server - > Staging Dataflows is working as expected, its our Transformed Dataflows step that is causing the issue.
I have attempted to raise a ticket with Microsoft, only to find you cannot select any severeity level on the form submission page - so it boots the form out and wont submit.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If this is on premium capacity you can move the workspace out of it and back into it.
macmy034Okay - Have you done this before? I see there is an alert that comes up when you try this; does it drop all the scheduled refresh times for all data flows?
This workspace has quite a few dataflows within it.

It will stop all currently running refreshes. It does not (in my experience) affect the schedules.
