    Hi ekoroleva,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum. Thanks Akash_Varuna, for your inputs on this issue.

After thoroughly reviewing the details you provided, I have identified few workarounds that may help resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

Ensure Workspace 2’s dataflow refresh completes before starting Workspace 1’s refresh. Use a scheduled refresh dependency or manually trigger Workspace 1’s refresh after Workspace 2 completes. If Workspace 1’s dataflow lacks a scheduled refresh, it will use old data. Go to Power BI Service → Workspace 1 Dataflow → Settings → Enable refresh schedule. Run a manual refresh to check for new data.

Power BI may cache query results. Turn on Enhanced Compute Engine in Workspace 2’s dataflow. If already on, force a full refresh in Workspace 1’s dataflow. Edit, revalidate, and save the query to ensure fresh data.

If Workspace 1’s dataflow uses a linked table from Workspace 2 and isn’t updating, the link might be inactive. Check Workspace 1’s dataflow for the latest linked table version. Verify Power Query References Workspace 2’s dataflow correctly. Try removing and re-adding the connection.

Refresh Workspace 2 first. Once complete, refresh Workspace 1. For scheduled refresh, ensure Workspace 1 refreshes after Workspace 2. Ensure Workspace 1 can read data from Workspace 2 by checking permissions in Workspace 2’s settings. Try a different user account if the issue persists. Power BI may delay dataflow refreshes for large datasets. Wait a few minutes after Workspace 2’s refresh before triggering Workspace 1’s refresh.
