This is a known issue that just started a little while ago. Microsoft is working on a fix.

Fabric customers may experience issues while interacting with dataflows. Engineers are investigating the issue, and an update will be provided soon.

It’s a service-side issue, not your dataflow.
Check Power BI service health
Retry the refresh later.
If it persists, raise a Microsoft support ticket with the Request ID.
