Do these two tables have a lot of data?
If so, try to streamline the tables by deleting the columns or rows you don't need and try again.

You may split the above steps in the data flow, save and refresh to find out which steps may be problematic. You may also copy the same steps in the desktop and refresh to check if an error will be reported.
