Dataflow Edit entities button not working

This morning I find that I can't edit dataflow entities because the "Edit entities" button at the top doesn't work. In the status bar at the bottom it says "javascript:void(0)".   I've tried ...

Also having the same issue with "Edit Entities" button. My workaround was to click the "add entities", add blank entity, then delete the blank entity once inside the edit screens.
