Did you merge or appned your tables in dataflow? As the online document, we can only use computed entities on Power BI Premium.

Advocate IIThink I figured out the issue - sometimes operations which do result in computed entities don't show the lightning bolt on the icon in the Query Editor - seems like a bug: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Computed-entities-in-Dataflows-not-showing-lightning-bolt/idi-p/1053493.
