Hi. You can try entering the credentials again at the dataflow just in case something is missing. If it's still broken, make sure you do have permission over the folder al the sharepoint. If that keeps failing, then connect to the file you are looking for with a different way. Examples for this different connections are:
- For a file: https://blog.ladataweb.com.ar/post/185337134590/alternativa-para-conectar-power-bi-a-onedrive
