Data with current layout is not exporting

Power Participant600+ Columns is too many, I think the limit is 100. I'm having a hard time imagining a scenario where 600 columns is useful, but you could try a Summarized export to Excel and then Pivot the data again to have 600 columns.
No the client need data with current layout only. previosuly it is working. it is not working now.
