Data Sync by Date is Off after Refresh

Hi,

 

I'm having some issues with my data not showing on the correct date in the Power BI Service.

 

Below is data from Meta for a Campaign, by Day. It shows the correct information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm importing this data into our database, where it's showing the same figures for each day:

 

 

But in Power BI, it seems to go out of sync for a few days, then resolves:

 

 

I have a 16 day incremental refresh set up. I'm based in Sydney and the refresh is set to local time. Does anyone know why the data would go out of sync over these days when the database is showing it correctly?

    Hi m_j_holland 

    I beleive the difference comes from the refresh time in Power BI service. What is the location of your Power bi storage in the service ?

      Hi,

       

      It's saying North Central US (Illinois). But if this is the case, why would some dates be correct but others be off?

       

      Are you also suggesting that I should set my sync times to line up with Illinois?

        No but you can adjust the time zone here

         

        Just out of curiosity, why using Illinois storage while you are in Australia? are you in free license?
