    Hi  hisham2021 ,

If you are using import mode, the data loading time depends on the following:

    1. The size, row, column and table of the data model. If there is a complex DAX function to calculate the calculated column and table, it will be stored in the data model and increase a lot of time (you can optimize the model according to this link)
    2. It may also be related to hardware performance and network performance, network status between pc and datasource, and also the performance of pc which runs the power bi

In addition, if it is not the data set of the premium workspace, the refresh time is 2 hours, but the data set of the premium workspace, and the timeout is increased to five hours

There are also related documents that can optimize the data model and reduce the loading time and the possibility of similar problems:

  • Hi. Power Bi has a 2 hours window to refresh data before timeout. That time is not only for uploading the data. The model itself has a size and it's queries can take time. I'll leave here 5 practises that can help you reducing the "model size" that might improve the refresh time.

You can also find things like this from guyinacube youtube channel.

    Hope this helps,

      Thanks, ibarrau  for the Hint.

but some times it is refreshing successfully and other times not. this is also meaning that I have performance issues in my model?

I also go to the site which you mention above but it's not in English.
