Data source credentials not working./ODBC

Hey guys,

I have a report that runs normally locally in the desktop, but I'm facing some issue in the service.

The source is PostgreSQL, and it's connecting via ODBC.

I can access the database in the Pg Admin, and there's no issue with the credentials, but on the second the screenshot shows the loop I get, when trying to update the credentials.

Below it sayd the source is connected to a gateway.

Could anyone give me any clue on what might the reason for me to not be able to refresh the dataset?
