Data source credentials blocked after Appending tables

Hello!

I have two tables in query editor.

After Publishing - Credentials is avaliable (ok).

But after I appended these tables in query editors - Credentials isn't avaliable and refresh is faillure.credentials after publishingtwo tablesappend tablesprivacycredentials and refresh - ok

    Hi , estankova 

    Before appending, you only needs to configure the gateway for your sql server datasource, but after appending, your online sharepoint must also be configure in the datasource.

    From your picture , It  seems that you are not the gateway's admin and cannot add the datasource (two sharepoints) to the gateway(which is commonly known as Add to gateway option,)

    After appending the datasource of online and on premises, you need to configure the gateway for the online source.

    So please find the gateway admin to configure the two sharepoint datasources, and then you   will see the  Option of maps to " xxxx".

    Hi , estankova 

    After you add new tables, you need to republish the report, and reconfigure the settings of gateway and data source.

    After all, you made changes to the data source instead of the report visuals.

     

    Theoretically, the cloud data source does not need  gateway.But it looks like you have a gateway configured.

    So please  verify   that the datasource is correctly mapped to the gateway's datasource if you have add your datasource to gateway .

    (dataset-> getway connection)
