Resident Rockstarvalidate the credential and look for the setting of your server, can also be that the server doesnt allow external conections, check you hace a gateway installed on the server too, also sometimes the credentials need to spcify the domain in front of the user. look at those points but the message its pretty generic normally that its the credential have a error or one of the points above
