When using On-Premise SSAS you have to use DOMAIN\Username as the username. Along with this your SSAS Server should be part of a domain.
The On-Premise SSAS does not understand adm@DESKTOP-123. You could try DESKTOP-123\Adm as the username.
Use the same username and password you use when logging into your SSAS instance locally on the server (DESKTOP-123)
