HaiVN Well, to the best of my knowledge, Publish to Web does not allow exporting data so, in theory, you should be OK.

If you want users to view the Power BI report (aggregated data) but do not access to the dataset (individual data), follow these steps:
- Give users Viewer access. This way, they can see the report with aggregated data.
- Go to "Manage Permissions" and ensure that only authorized users have access to the dataset.
- In the report settings, turn off the "Export Data" option so users can't download raw data.
