Before it was a known issue but is resolved now .Please try to refresh it again and check it once.If you still face the same issue please raise a support ticket.

The data refreshes error appears to have been resolved now for some days so I'm guessing it was related to the known resolved issue that you refer to in your post.

Advocate III've been dealing with this as well. We didn't have issues for a couple days, but they came back last night.
