Community ChampionData Pipeline Hangs when copying from Dev to Test
I have an app workspace in Premium
And created a pipeline over the top. However, when I try and copy Dev to Test it hangs and doesnt work
I basically cant get it any further. It just copys into the test workspace and gets no further. Is anyone else having this issue?

It would appear that it hangs because we cant create Premium App workspaces.
it turns out you have to be a Power BI Premium or Embedded capacity Administrator in order to create the pipeline. otherwise you cant create the Premium Test and prod workspaces as you go

It turns out to be a really odd issue.
I cant create any App workspaces (Im logging in to another company. Im assuming I may need to be on a company laptop rather than an outside laptop) But this means that I cant actually do this outside of the company. even through I have Power BI Pro and an internal company email)
