Data Flow EffectiveUserName Error

Hi all, I am attempting to create a dataflow to a SSAS database and getting the below error.  The gateway says online.  What can I do to resolve this?  I have tried everything that I know.   Thanks...

    Thank you for the response.  We are looking at all these options, which I think we have done.  Still getting errors.  What should be an easy fix is not.  And we are working with Microsoft support as well.

    Hey DPCCGF,

    Thanks for sharing your experience!! I'm actually running into the same error right now 
    “AS Mashup data source is missing EffectiveUserName” and my gateway and connection also shows as online.

    Did you ever find out what the actual issue was? And if so, what fixed it?

    Would really appreciate it if you could share what ended up working for you cause I'm stuck at the same point and would love any insight!!!!
