Data Failed to refresh
Received an odd error this morning during a refresh of my data in Power BI: Offboarding has failed to refresh. Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error....

Power ParticipantWell we know the column "ID" in table "ReturnRate" was expected by Power BI Service and was not found. Only you researching your sources can answer why that happened and whether it's important.
The Power BI Desktop piece though, Desktop will due it's best to fix the Power Queries by modifying the Steps so that you can Refresh/Load...and then you can Publish to Service and it will work all a sudden, but it has made a change.
The Dataset in Service cannot fix itself in the same way and will just fail.
