Hello all, I have the same issue, in the same context as the previous users (semantic model was published 6 months ago and worked very well until now / if I change the hierarchy in the matrix (I use Field Parameters) the problem disappears without changing the measures).
I identified a workaround: I need simply to start editing the report on the Service, and save it immediately (so no any real change is done). The fact that it was saved on the service solves the problem, however if I republish the same PBI to the service, the problem with exports appears again.
My impression is that there is an issue related to a recent update of the PBI service environment.
