We are also experiencing the same problem. Interestingly when the user changes the order of the fields in rows then the export works. It also works if only one dimension is selected but the same measures. The problem therefore does not actually seem to relate to the measures itself but to the hierarchy in the rows. In our case the model has also not been updated recently and the problem started ot appear about two weeks ago according ot users.
