Data don't refresh

the publish dashboard doesn't refresh data.

I've set up automatic refresh and it doesn't give me any kind of errors and seems work but the data are not refreshing.

 

In power BI desktop if I refresh my data it reads information updated.

 

Data are coming from Excel files saved in sharepoint and a connection through API in Aconex Database.

I've already set up the credential into Data source credentials and doesn't give me any error.

 

anyone with same problem?

    Hi Anonymous , 

    I cannot reproduce your issue. Could you please tell me that when you refreh the datasets successfully, is this report refreshed at the same time? 

    Could you please refresh the report before open the dashboard? I would recommend you create a report with required visuals in one report page, and republish to service. Then "Pin a live page" to a dashboard, this feature allows changes to reports to appear in the dashboard tile when the report page is refreshed.

    Dashboard Tiles doesn't refresh 

    • Since the tile cache is not refreshed, the tile is not refreshed.

     

    If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide more details with a screenshoot.
