Data - Multiple Columns
Hi MalvikaBhasin ,
For Active people: You can use a combination of bar charts, pie charts, or even card visuals to represent the count or percentage of active users. Utilize the "Filters" pane to include only the data for active users based on your criteria.
For Users with Access Year-wise: The "Slicer" visual is particularly useful for filtering data year-wise. You can create a slicer that allows viewers to select a year, and the visuals on the report page will adjust to display data for the selected year. To do this, drag your date field into the slicer visual, and in the slicer settings, choose the "Relative Date" filter type to allow selection by years.
