Dashboard and current month

How can i set my report to show current month with dashboard?  I cant do calculated column in powerbi desktop, bec i dont have data view panel. Data soruce is azure analysis services cube.  Only thing that i can do right now is, if i pick from filter, like may and then line cart changes to that and then i pin it . But if user comes to see dashboard in Sep, then he/she will still see May's data. So right now i have to manually remove pin, put it to latest month and pin again and thats just bad.  So is there a way to show latest month on dashboard?

    CALCULATE (
        [Raha Saldo];
        FILTER (
            D_Kuupaev;
            D_Kuupaev[Kuu Number] = MONTH ( TODAY () )
                 D_Kuupaev[Aasta] ="Y " &YEAR ( TODAY () )
        )
    )

    hi, Anonymous 

    The pinned visual displayed on dashboard won't be filtered by the slicer selection displayed on source report page, It will be updated when the new data is added.

    You could create a measure then add a conditional in measure that

    Filter ("date", "date"[Month]=Month(Today()) ).

     

    or as a workaround, you could pin entire report page which contains slicer to your dashboard by selecting "Pin Live Page". This way, you can add a page level filter set relative date filtering is in this month

      I cant pin entire report as dashboard contains of different reports.

       

      How would i use ths measure? i create measure and then add this to my line charts axis or value?

      Current = Filter ("date", "date"[Month]=Month(Today()) ).

       

      Also what about quick measure month-to-date-total? With Base value money and Date would be date?

        First, I cant pin entire report as dashboard contains of different reports. the workaround is pin one page of the report as one tile, not entire report.

        Second, Filter ("date", "date"[Month]=Month(Today()) &&"date"[Year]=Year(Today()) ) is a conditional in a measure.

        For example:

        Before measure

        Total= CALCULATE(SUM( [Value] ) )

        It will calculate all the data, Now we add this conditional into this measure

        Total= CALCULATE(SUM( [Value] ), Filter ("date", "date"[Month]=Month(Today()) &&"date"[Year]=Year(Today()) ) )

        It will only calculate current year-month data.

        (By the way: It also needs to add a year conditional )

         

        And if you still have the problem, please share some sample data or sample pbix file which only contains the line chart visual and your expected output.
