Cut visuals when copying from service

Hi, I cannot find the answer to one major issue my internal stakeholders are facing when using dashboard I've created. When copying wisuals from online service they see much less data than there is available (see attahced screenshots). Is there a way to copy the whole visual, not just a part of it?
