    Hi adi38612 

    The answer is No, You can't create a Dataflow from a Semantic model. You can use Direct Query connection to AAS(Or Power BI service) 

     

    and then you pick your Table. But you want be able to edit the Table in power query.

This is late, but ou can use the Analysis Services Database connector in power query within Power bi desktop

and use the semantic models server connection string. Then you can transform the data from the other semantic model. However this method is an import mode though, but leverages native query and will only I port the data you actual query within the model.
