Couldn't Load the data for this visual
I have a report in an app and workspace connected to a model via the Power BI data Service in another workspace. The original Model uses direct query and it is not a composite model. Most users can see the report fine, however I have a handful of users that keep getting 'Couldn't Load the data for this visual ' error for all visuals. The users have the correct permissions, I have checked this multiple times, there is no RLS on the model, I have asked them to remove cookies on thier browsers, refresh the visuals, reset the filters and I have checked the gateway and data source connections. Yet this error still persists. Can anyone help me out with this error?

Please have a try.
One thing you could try is to have the affected users try accessing the report from a different device or network to see if the issue persists.
You could also try temporarily granting the affected users admin access to the workspace and see if that resolves the issue.
