Couldn't load the data for this visual - for users outside organization

I have created a report with direct query access to the datasource. I have shared the report with serveral users in my organization and it works fine.   But when I share the report with a user out...

    Hi,

     

    In Power BI Services, without Row Level Security set,  users outside organization can also view the data in shared dashboard successfully even they don’t have access to data source.


    However, if you set RLS on your dataset, those accessing users must be added to a role, otherwise they can see nothing on your shared dashboard. Please check RLS setting and try again.
