Could´n load data for this visual

Good day,

I am having an error in one of the clients of the company where I work. When you log in and open the app, everything appears empty and with the following error:




More detailed:


We fixed this bug earlier by updating the al app's data set credentials. But it wouldn't be working right now.
I was able to help.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    This error is usually caused by an inability to connect to the data source. What is your data source? Does the user have permission to access the data source?
