Comments to Dashboard - security

Hi.

 

We have several report where we show data for all our sales organizations. The access to the reports are restricted so each country/sales org. can only see data for the specific area. Is it possible to add comments where only the relevant employees can see the comments? For example by using User ?

As far as I can see all users can see all comments, which is not acceptable. The employees in UK should only see the comments related to UK and not Sweden :-)
