Clustered Column Chart not sorting correctly for web service users

Thanks for trying! Eventually, we figured out that the problem was attached to the use of a pair of "Constant Lines" under the "Analytics" options. With the constant lines included, the views from the web service were rather random; sometimes the x-axis sorted alphabetically by user (wrong), sometimes it sorted descending by the numeric value (right). Over a couple of days, even I saw that on my own screen. Sometimes one way, sometimes the other. We (all the users of the report), got together to discuss the issue and what we really needed. We decided to get rid of the constant lines showing the target goals and we went with a little text box that simply proclaims the goals. With the constant lines removed, the chart sorts correctly in the web view, always, for everyone. (So far! We just made the changes yesterday afternoon, so not a long time, but so far, we are all seeing the chart displayed correctly.) Thanks again for trying to help!
