Helper IIClarifying free edition limitations
Can you clarify the following limitations of the Power BI free edition?
Consume content that is scheduled to refresh (Daily) What is this given that the free edition doesn't allow you to refresh from on-prem data sources?
Consume streaming data in your dashboards and reports (10K/rows) - What is this?
Consume live data sources with full interactivity (Not supported) - What is this?

1. There are many cloud-based data sources such as CRM Online, SharePoint Online, etc. that the free version allows you to refresh Daily. However, no on-premises datasources, you need the Personal Gateway for that and that comes with Pro
2. Streaming data comes from things like Azure Streaming Service, basically IoT type data
3. Certain data sources, such as SSAS are considered "live" data feeds meaning that refresh is not required to get the latest data.

Sorry for the naive asking: From a practical point of view, what does the limitation of 10k rows/hour mean in detail? In my understanding, the data refresh with the free licence happens just one a day. Does this limitation refer to this data refresh? What happens if a query exceeds the limitation?
