Can't get data to content pack or app
Hi NBJ,
By my test with your scenario, everything works well.
What's the detail error message when you clicked on See Details on the wrong visuals? Do you have Row- level - security in your report?
Which data sources did the report get data from? If the report gets data from SSAS data source, please check if you need to map user name follow this article.
In addition, you could make a reference of this article.
Best regards,
Cherry
Hi v-piga-msft,
The error message is following:
But it dosn't give much of a clue to it.
No row-level-security in the report. I'm geting data trough a gateway from a SQL-server.
Users/Members that are included in the "Admin-worksheet" can see the data in the report. But wats the point with diffrent workbooks if you cant share reports from one to another.
The result I want to have is an admin worksheet were al of the reports are stored and modifyed. From this workspace I want to share reports for exampel sales to the sales workspace, managmentreports for the management workspace and etc. Then include members from example sales in the sales worksheet. Is this not possible?
Best regards
Nadia

NBJ,
Can you please clarify. The reports and the data are in the Admin Workspace, and the users you are sharing the Admin App with, are not members of the Admin Workspace, correct?
Thanks
- NBJ8 years agoRegular VisitorExactly, they are not members of the workspace. They are members in the workspace that I shared the app/content pack with.

That should work. When you assigned users to the App, you assigned individual users - not a group email - in the App Access window, correct?
